Located in the heart of Maida Vale, this project was a complete transformation of a family home, creating additional space while bringing a ultra-modern interiors throughout the property.
The Brief
Our client wanted to completely redesign the property, making better use of the existing space while creating further floors in the basement and attic.
The brief was to create an ultra-modern home, with artistic lighting with lots of spaces to entertain.
The Work
The project included a full house refurbishment, basement excavation, attic conversion and the addition of a roof terrace. A key feature of the design was the bespoke architectural lighting, integrated into the central lightwell creating a striking feature that flows through all four floors of the home.
The Result
The completed home combines modern design with exceptional craftsmanship. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the architectural lighting and flowing spaces to the finer finishes such as the mixed metals throughout, creating a sophisticated and welcoming home with a strong sense of identity.
