Making a Difference in People’s Lives

Recently, our client took the commendable initiative to convert a residential property into social housing, with the noble intention of providing a home for individuals and families facing housing insecurity.

The newly established housing facility features a total of six units, including four spacious four-bedroom units with en-suites, and two cozy two-bedroom units equipped with kitchenettes and en-suites. This thoughtful design allows for both larger families and individuals to find a suitable living environment that meets their unique needs. The inclusion of en-suite facilities in each unit not only ensures privacy but also promotes a sense of independence and dignity for the residents.
